Samsung Focus S is one of the Windows Phone devices that should become available for purchase via wireless carrier AT&T in the near future, and some more info on what it might include when made available has just emerged.

Apparently, Samsung and AT&T will bring to shelves both 16Gb and 32GB versions of the device, though there will be no microSD memory card slot packed inside the device to offer the option to expand the available storage space. Rumor has it that the mobile phone will also arrive on shelves with 1GB or RAM to complement that 1.4GHz application processor it was already said to arrive on shelves with.

The new smartphone should hit shelves with a 4.3-inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus display and with an 8MP camera on the back, with HD video recording capabilities, complemented by a front camera for video calling.

AT&T already went official with the Samsung Focus S, but did not offer all the details on this device, nor on its availability and pricing.
