Samsung Galaxy Note received mixed feedback given its very large size and the included S Pen stylus. However, it appears that the Korean handset manufacturer has big plans for the Galaxy Note and its S Pen stylus.

Currently, the use of the S Pen is limited to only a handful of pre-installed apps, which allows user to cut&paste parts of a picture or copy&paste texts, as well as webpages and share them with their friends.

Fortunately, those who plan on purchasing the Galaxy Note will be happy to know that Samsung will release an S Pen SDK for developers next month, which will increase the number of apps compatible with the phone's stylus.

In addition, Samsung also confirmed it will add a new S Choice category in Samsung Apps that will include S Pen apps, such as iAnnotate PDF, ComicBook, Soonr, Zen Brush, and OmniSketch.
