It looks like all Canadian carriers that offer the Samsung Galaxy Nexus are now pushing an Android 4.0.2 software update. WIND Mobile, Mobilicity and TELUS have been reportedly deploying this update within the last few days.

According to MobileSyrup, the update is now pushed to Rogers Galaxy Nexus owners as well. The update is rolled out OTA (over the air) in waves, so those who have yet to be notified on the update can manually check for it.

Simply go to Settings / About phone / System updates / Check now to see if your device can download and install the latest Android 4.0.2 software update.

Unfortunately, several reports coming from users who already updated to Android 4.0.2 point to some Android Market random crashes. In addition, it looks like the NFC option disappears once the update installs. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
