Samsung already confirmed the Galaxy S III would make its debut on the market on May 30. However, the smartphone will be released in North America a bit later, Samsung claims.
Almost all Canadian carriers confirmed they would offer the third-generation Galaxy smartphone, but none disclosed any details regarding the handset’s specs sheet.
There are speculations claiming that the North American variant of Galaxy S III will be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 chipset, though Samsung has yet to confirm it. Well, it looks like at least Rogers Galaxy S III won’t be coming with Qualcomm’s chipset.
The folks at AndroidCentral stumbled upon a Google ad which says that the smartphone will be packed with both 4G LTE support and “new Exynos processor.” Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
