Internet giant Google is rumored to plan the launch of a new flavor of its Gmail application for Android-based devices, so as to provide users with an enhanced experience while on the go, and screenshots to reflect that are now available online.

The Android flavor of Gmail is expected to land on devices with a slide-out navigation drawer and a top-only action bar, a recent article on Android Police notes.

Furthermore, the updated mobile client will attach user’s profile picture to all sent emails, and will also make multiple labels readable, it seems.

Apparently, Google is set to make the new Gmail app official for Android devices as soon as Wednesday, May 29, which means that additional details on the matter will emerge at that time, so stay tuned for more on this.
