BlackBerry users all over the world are enraged over RIM's network services that stopped working three days ago.

Unfortunately, after three days RIM is still unable to figure out what's wrong with its servers, and the outage is now affecting millions users worldwide.

The company issued several short statements, which didn't bring any real information about what's really causing these system failures.

However, the folks over at paidContent.org were lucky enough to get some answers from Rory O’Neill, VP of software and services in EMEA, who said that “the company is still trying to figure out what it is that has caused the fallover in its system.”

Earlier today RIM stated that all the problems caused in the last three days were caused by a core switch failure within RIM's infrastructure.

Basically, RIM is still in the dark over what's causing this outage and does not rule out anything, including hacking.
