The platform will support amazing mobile graphics, the vendor notes

At the BlackBerry Jam Americas conference this week, Canadian mobile phone maker Research In Motion has showcased to attending developers some of the capabilities and features that its upcoming BlackBerry 10 platform will include.

The company also showed what the new platform was capable of in terms of gaming, and a video of such a live demo is now available for your viewing pleasure. Have a look at it above.

“BlackBerry Jam Americas attendees were treated to a live demo of some of the exciting games that are in development for BlackBerry 10. The new platform allows for amazing mobile graphics,” RIM notes in a blog post.

Applications and games are already being built for the operating system, and many of them should become available as soon as the platform hits shelves.
