Although the pink-themed Samsung Galaxy S II was introduced in South Korea back in November 2011, the smartphone only made it to the UK two months later.

Customers who prefer vivid colors can pre-order the pink variant of the Galaxy S II for free via Phones4U. However, they have to commit to a select two-year plan starting at £21.50 monthly with O2 UK, for which they will get 200 minutes and 500 MB of data.

The pink flavor of the Galaxy S II comes with the same features as the white and black versions, including the 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and the impressive 8-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording.

The Galaxy S II runs Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform, but Samsung has already confirmed that the smartphone will receive the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade in Q1 2012.
