The original Galaxy Tab made its debut in India yesterday, but the tablet was incredibly overpriced at Rs 19,990 (380 USD or 290 EUR).

However, it appears that the Wi-Fi only Galaxy Tab is now out of stock at Letsbuy, though the tablet is priced very high.

IndiaPlaza offers Android enthusiasts a second chance to purchase the old Samsung Galaxy Tab slate, in case they couldn’t get the device yesterday from Letsbuy.

Moreover, the retailer offer the original Galaxy Tab for only Rs 13,999 (265 USD or 205 EUR), which is way better than Letsbuy’s deal on the tablet. There’s no telling how long the offer will last, or how many units the retailer has in stock.

Samsung Galaxy Tab comes with Android 2.2 Froyo, but it will receive the Gingerbread upgrade in the near future. Still, due to the tablet’s hardware and software configuration, it will not get the Ice Cream Sandwich update.
