Off-road mode and download in background handling have been improved as well

Opera Software has just released a new update for its beta version of the browser for Android devices. It brings lots of improvements, but no new features have been included in the update.

According to the official changelog, the following changes are added via the latest update for Opera Browser beta for Android:

- Improvements for Off-road mode; - Improved download in background handling; - Improved legacy bookmark handling; - Fixed disappearing RTL text in history view.

Last but not least, developers have confirmed that various stability improvements have been included as well, but no additional details have been provided yet.

You can now download Opera browser beta for Android 16.0.1212.65857 for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 1.6 and up.
