14 DAY TRIAL // Shortly after releasing the official OS 7.1 update for TELUS BlackBerry Bold 9900, Research In Motion (RIM) launched the update for Torch 9810 as well.
TELUS has two more BlackBerry 7 smartphones that will be updated to OS 7.1 within the next few weeks, BlackBerry Torch 9860 and Curve 9360.
Current software version OS 7.1.0.267 for TELUS BlackBerry Torch 9810 is now available for download only via BlackBerry Desktop Manager. However, both updates for Bold 9900 and Torch 9810 may be hosted on TELUS BlackBerry download servers pretty soon.
It is also worth mentioning the update may not appear at once on everyone’s BlackBerry Desktop Manager, so it’s recommended to check for it later. The update brings Wi-Fi Mobile Hotspot capability as well as other overall improvements and bug fixes.
