BlackBerry Curve 9350 was officially unveiled back in August and made it to shelves one month later. The smartphone was launched at Sprint with BlackBerry 7 operating system on board.

However, starting today, Sprint customers who own the Curve 9350 will be able to upgrade their phone’s software to version 7.1.0.267.

The update is 205 MB in size and can be downloaded via RIM’s support site. It is recommended to make a backup using BlackBerry Desktop Manager before updating to OS 7.1.0.921.

Research In Motion is currently updating all its BlackBerry 7 smartphones available on the market.

For the time being, these updates are only pushed in Canada, United States and Australia, but they will soon be available in other countries as well. Stay tuned for more details on the subject.
