14 DAY TRIAL // A new flavor of the HERE Transit application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone 8-based Lumia devices, namely version 4.0.2085.0.
The new application release was pushed to users with a variety of bug fixes and stability improvements packed inside, though no specific details on them have been provided.
With HERE Transit on their devices, Windows Phone 8 users can take advantage of door-to-door walking directions, access to route options, arrival and departure times, transfers and walking distances, and the possibility to view nearby stations and stops both on a map and in a list.
The software also helps users plan a trip in advance, access favorite places, history and nearby transit stations with a swipe on the start screen, access a detailed view of each segment on the map, and station by station details, and more.
