Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has made available for download a new flavor of the access point application for its Nokia Lumia handsets, namely version 3.9.1.17.

The new app release comes with a series of updates to the operator settings, while also packing a number of “robustness improvements,” which suggests that it should be more stable now.

The mobile application should prove a great option for all those who use more than one SIM card, as well as for those who have set multiple access points to the single SIM they have.

Nokia’s access point “enables you to easily manage individual operator settings for internet, MMS and internet sharing features. Simply download this app and open it to apply your new settings,” the application’s description reads.

However, Nokia notes that Access Point won’t work on devices locked to a particular operator. You can download access point for Windows Phone from Softpedia today.
