The smartphone is available at Nokia’s flagship store in Shanghai

The entry-level Lumia 610 smartphone has just made its debut in China. The smartphone was recently delayed in the Philippines, but hit shelves in Malaysia.

According WPDang, Nokia Lumia 610 is now available for purchase at Nokia’s flagship store in Shanghai for only 1,699 Chinese yuan, which is about 270 USD (205 EUR) off-contract.

The cheapest Windows Phone device launched by Nokia comes with Tango platform, which allows the OS to run handsets that pack less than 512MB of RAM.

Nokia Lumia 610 is equipped with an 800 Mhz processor and embeds only 256MB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

Obviously, the smartphone lacks a microSD card slot for memory expansion. In the connectivity front, Lumia 610 offers users Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and microUSB.

The smartphone is expected to arrive in other Asian countries, including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam.
