Wireless carrier AT&T is gearing up for the launch of Nokia’s new Lumia 1520 smartphone, and signs that this will happen soon are already emerging.

Apparently, Nokia Lumia 1520 demo units are already arriving in AT&T stores around the country, and one lucky user got the chance to snap a photo to prove that, and published it on his Twitter account.

The smartphone is not available for purchase as of now, but it will be put up for sale in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, no specific info on how many AT&T stores are currently receiving Lumia 1520 demo units has emerged until now.

The new device is expected to be put up for sale on November 22, with a large 6-inch Full HD display, a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, and 2GB of RAM inside. It also features 16GB / 32GB of internal memory, and a 20.7MP camera on the back.
