14 DAY TRIAL // Soon, Rogers’ customers in Canada will be able to purchase the Nokia Lumia 1020 smartphone on the network of their wireless carrier, and rumor has it that they might have to pay $600 (€431) for the device.
This is the price tag that the smartphone could sport if purchased SIM-free, a recent article on MobileSyrup notes.
Those who opt to grab the smartphone with the signing of a contract agreement, however, will pay only $199.99 (€144) for it, as long as they sing up for a two-year deal with the carrier.
Lumia 1020 arrives on the market with a 4.5-inch touchscreen display and with a 1.5GHz processor packed inside. It also sports 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.
The main selling point for the smartphone, however, is its 41-megapixel camera on the back. A front camera for video calling is also included.
