Lumia 1020, the 41-megapixel smartphone that Nokia made official back in summer, is now available for purchase at only $74.99 (€55) with a two-year AT&T contract via Amazon.

The price cut does not come as too much of a surprise, that’s for sure, considering the fact that AT&T has just launched a new Windows Phone 8 flagship smartphone from Nokia, namely the Lumia 1520.

With the new smartphone available for purchase at $99.99 (€74) via both AT&T and Amazon, Lumia 1020 needed to become more appealing to maintain momentum, and a lower price tag was the best decision, it seems.

The mobile phone is available for purchase at Amazon in three different color flavors, namely Black, White and Yellow, as WPCentral reports.

The smartphone features a 4.5-inch touchscreen display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor inside, and 2GB of RAM. It also packs 32GB of internal memory, a front camera for video calling, and support for 4G LTE connectivity.
