The smartphone will be available for purchase for €700/$925 off contract

Nokia is slowly rolling out its Lumia 1020 flagship smartphone globally. After making the phone available in Germany earlier today, the smartphone was officially introduced in Italy.

According to Unleashthephones, Nokia Lumia 1020 will be available for purchase beginning September 10 for no less than €700/$925 outright.

The smartphone comes with the latest version of Windows Phone and boasts an amazing 41-megapixel PureView rear camera that features Carl Zeiss optics, as well as Xenon and LED flash.

Nokia Lumia 1020 is powered by a dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, which is complemented by an Adreno 225 graphics processing unit, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

Keep in mind that Lumia 1020 does not come with microSD card slot for memory expansion, but users will also get an additional 7GB of free SkyDrive storage.
