Lumia 1020, the 41-megapixel Windows Phone 8 smartphone from Nokia, is now available for pre-order in Australia through online retailer Expansys.

Those who would like to grab the device from this company will have to pay $878.38AUD for it, which is around $821USD / €615.

The smartphone is being offered SIM-free and unlocked, and comes in three different color flavors, including Black, Yellow, and White. All three of them are currently listed as in stock at the retailer.

The high-end Windows Phone 8 device is expected to be released in the country via wireless carrier Telstra as well, though it’s yet uncertain when that will happen.

Australian users interested in grabbing the new mobile phone without the signing of a carrier agreement should head over to this page at Expansys to learn more on the available offer.
