14 DAY TRIAL // Nokia Lumia 520 is one of the hottest smartphones soon to be available on the Indian market. Although the device has yet to hit shelves, many Indian retailers have confirmed that there’s a high demand for this affordable Windows Phone 8 handset.
We reported earlier this week that Nokia Lumia 520 went on pre-order at various Indian retailers, but all claimed they would ship all orders starting later this month.
However, fonearena reports that Nokia India has just announced that the Lumia 520 will hit shelves no later than April 6, for Rs 10,499 ($190/€150) outright.
For the time being, only Infibeam has confirmed that it will ship all orders beginning April 8, while Flipkart states that the smartphone will arrive in the second week of April.
Hopefully, other Indian retailers will update their shipping estimates based on the new scheduler.
