The highly-acclaimed Nimbuzz application for Symbian devices has just received a minor update that brings back one of the features included in previous versions, “Tabbed Chatting.”

In addition, the team behind the popular instant messenger also included a new option for Nimbuzz users, which allows them to block contacts that annoy them.

Three new icons have been added as well, such as Recent Chats, N-World and Groupchats. There’s also a new “Notifiable” icon that looks like a green half-moon.

The Home Screen of the application has been completely redesigned to provide users faster access to their favorite features. In this regard, users will probably notice as soon as they update to Nimbuzz 3.3.1 that they will be allowed to change their password from inside the application.

Nimbuzz 3.3.1 for Symbian is now available as a free download via Softpedia and should be fully compatible with all devices running Symbian S60 2nd/3rd/5th Edition and Symbian^3.
