Nexus 5, the next smartphone in the popular series of Google smartphones, might arrive on shelves with a better camera when compared to its predecessors, one that would sport Optical Image Stabilization.

While no specifics on the matter have been provided as of now, it is known that the device will be built based on LG G2 and could borrow the feature from it, as PhoneArena notes.

Compared to G2, the upcoming Nexus 5 will be smaller, packing a 5-inch screen, and will feature only a 2300mAh battery. However, it should retain the Snapdragon 800 CPU present inside LG G2, as well as the 2GB of RAM complementing it.

Rumor has it that Nexus 5 will arrive on the market before the end of this year with Android 4.4. KitKat loaded on top. Hopefully, it won’t be long before an official announcement on it is made, so keep an eye on this space for updates.
