It appears that LG’s Android tablet, the Optimus Pad has a new twin sister, which is enhanced with LTE support and a better processor. Dubbed LG Optimus Pad LTE, the device seems to be powered by the same Android Honeycomb operating system.

The folks over at UnwiredView spotted the Optimus Pad LTE in South Korea running on LG U+ network.

However, there’s more to it, as the LTE version of the Optimus Pad LTE is equipped with a more powerful 1.5 GHz dual core processor, whereas the original variant embeds a 1 GHz CPU.

There’s also an enhanced 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, which features autofocus and LED flash, as well as a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera for video calls. On the inside, the tablet packs 1GB of RAM and possibly 32GB onboard memory.
