It turns out the message might not be on everyone's liking

Microsoft is known for its marketing campaigns against Siri, as a large amount of video ads pitched Cortana against Apple's digital assistant.

I believe everyone remembers the Cortana versus Siri ads about speakers, which did really strike a cord into Windows Phone users. Well, it looks like Microsoft is back with yet another series of ads in which it tries to make fun of Siri.

Two new ads have been released on Valentine's Day, which portray Cortana as a faithful, funny, smart and thoughtful girlfriend.

The ads suggest that Siri is kind of a negligent girlfriend who never remembers you to get your wallet in case you forgot it and is completely incapable of telling a joke.

This is why you should break up of you iPhone and go Windows Phone. Both ads are for Nokia Lumia 635 and they have been suggestively titled: Breaking Up and New Love.

Some may think of the these ads a bit negligent when it comes to portraying Siri and Cortana as female characters that people can get rid of as simple utilities.

Women in particular might find these ads a bit offensive, although that might be a bit exaggerated. Anyway, what do you think about these Cortana vs. Siri ads?
