Micromax is on a roll, as the Indian company has launched quite a few Android smartphones over the last couple of weeks and it seems to continue to do so.

After listing the Canvas Elanza 2 on its official website, news about another Micromax smartphone that will soon be made official has just surfaced online.

Indian blog site Gogi has uncovered the User Manual of the unannounced Micromax A106, which seems to confirm that the smartphone will ship with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box.

The User Manual does not contain the full specs of the A106, but there’s a schematics of it, so we can get an idea of what the smartphone will look like. For the time being, there are no details on the phone’s release date and price tag, but here are some of its specs.

Micromax A106 is a dual-SIM smartphone that comes with KitKat platform out of the box. It packs microSD card slot for memory expansion and a removable battery.

The manual also confirms that the handset features a main camera on the back and a secondary photo snapper in the front for video calls. The main camera also comes with LED flash.

No other details are included in the User Manual, but we suspect that the Micromax A106 will run a quad-core CPU, 1GB of RAM and perhaps an 8-megapixel rear camera. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
