14 DAY TRIAL // Chinese mobile phone maker Xiaomi is reportedly planning the launch of a Limited Edition version of its Xiaomi "Red Rice" Hongmi smartphone, so as to provide users with accessories previously not available with the device.
A recent post on ctechcn suggests that the Limited Edition device will include in the package accessories such as headphones, a protective cover, screen protector, data cable, charger, and OTG cables.
As expected, the price tag for this device version will be higher when compared to the original, though no specific info on the matter has been provided as of now.
According to GizChina, however, chances are that Xiaomi will manage to keep the Limited Edition Hongmi below the 999 Yuan ($163 / €120) mark, at least in China.
Hopefully, it won’t be long before a formal announcement on this is made, so stay tuned for additional details on the matter.
