T-Mobile has just confirmed that it will offer the Samsung Galaxy S5 in gold beginning May 30. The Magenta carrier will not be the sole provider of the Gold Galaxy S5 in the United States, so customers will be able to get it from other operators as well, including Verizon, Sprint, AT&T and US Celullar.

The limited edition Gold Galaxy S5 will be available for a limited time for the same amount as the black and white versions, so Samsung fans now have another color option at their disposal.

Obviously, aside from the color, there are no differences between the Gold Galaxy S5 and the other versions already available for purchase at T-Mobile.

Here is what Jason Young, senior vice president of product marketing for T-Mobile, had to say about the new launch: “we know customers want fashion-forward options, and the new Gold Galaxy S5 gives them a fun way to show off their rebel style and get the best of Samsung Galaxy technology.

Plus, T-Mobile is the only place to get this new device on our popular Simple Choice plan, with no annual service contract, no overages, no upgrade wait, and the world as your network.”
