Chinese mobile phone maker ZTE has been rumored a few times before to plan the launch of a larger device in its Nubia lineup, namely the Nubia Z7, and what appears to be the first photo with the device is now available for your viewing pleasure.

In the image leaked courtesy of mobile.3g.cn, the phone can be seen only from the back, though one can clearly observe its large form factor. After all, rumor has it that the new smartphone will pack a 6.44-inch touchscreen display.

The upcoming handset is also said to arrive on the market with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB processor inside, which should deliver great graphical performance, as UnwiredView notes.

The mobile phone is also rumored to sport 3GB of RAM when launched, along with 128GB of internal memory, and support for 4G LTE networks. Furthermore, it should pack a 13MP rear camera and Android 4.4 KitKat on top.
