MetroPCS has quietly added another budget-friendly Android smartphone to its portfolio, the LG Optimus M+. Customers can purchase the device for only $129 USD (95 EUR).

It appears that this is the spiritual successor of the old LG Optimus M, MetroPCS' Optimus One variant, which was launched a long time ago.

Although the Optimus M+ received some improvements it's still an entry-level smartphone, so don't expect anything outstanding from this one except maybe the price.

LG Optimus M+ runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and packs an 800 MHz single core processor, which is complemented by an Adreno 200 GPU and 512MB of RAM.

In addition, the phone comes with 2GB of internal memory, 4GB of ROM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB). Check it out here.
