The new device is expected to become available for purchase sometime this month, and Google is already ensuring that users won’t have a hard time fixing the device in case things go wrong.
Thus, the company released the factory image for the tablet, which is based on the new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
The Jelly Bean factory image will allow those who brick their device to bring it back to life by installing the initial OS flavor on it, namely build JRN84D.
The software is available for download from Google’s developer center and weighs 250MB. In addition to bringing devices back to life, it will also offer a better glimpse at what Google packed the Jelly Bean OS flavor with.
