14 DAY TRIAL // Instagram addicts will be pleased to know that developers of one of the most popular Android applications have just released a new update for their favorite apps.
After bringing five new filters in the previous update for its Android application, the folks at Instagram announce they have two new creative tools to offer users.
The new tools are called Color and Fade and will be available to all Android users beginning today. The same update containing the new features will be delivered to iOS users in a few days.
The Color tool allows Instagram users to tint the highlights or shadows in the photo. Users will be given the option to choose from several colors, including yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, blue, cyan or green.
The other creative tools introduced by Instagram, Fade allows users to bring a quiet tone to their photos by softening colors.
If you don't have the application installed yet, you can now download Instagram for Android 6.19.0 for free via Google Play Store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 4.0 and up.
Keep in mind that the new version of Instagram is pushed to Google Play store in waves, so it might not be available in all countries at the same time.
