Moreover, developers confirm that the latest update also adds the option to make and receive video calls for free assuming both parties have the new version of ICQ installed on their Windows Phone devices.
Now additional features or improvements have been included in this update, but the only two that we mentioned earlier make up for it.
You can now download ICQ for Windows Phone 1.9.1.502 for free via Windows Phone Store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Windows Phone 7.5 and up.
