As we already reported earlier this month, the next myTouch phones for T-Mobile USA will be manufactured by Huawei.

It appears that the Chinese company inked a deal with the US-based carrier to launch some Android smartphones this year. The myTouch lineup is a mid-range series of phones that have been previously built by South Korean handset vendor LG.

Today, the first myTouch device for T-Mobile USA has just been leaked online by the folks over at TmoNews. The smartphone will be launched with Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread on board and does not offer a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

Unfortunately, details on the Huawei myTouch’s specs sheet have yet to emerge, but rumor has it that it will sport a WVGA capacitive touchscreen display with support for 800 x 480 pixels resolution.
