Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation is reportedly gearing up for the launch of an upgraded flavor of the HTC One, packing it with a 5-inch or larger screen.

Apparently, the new mobile phone is set to pack the same internal circuitry as the current flavor of the device, but will be indeed larger than it, a recent article on Pocket-lint reads.

The new model will be accompanied by an HTC Mini flavor, which was spotted online before as the HTC M4, and which might arrive on shelves with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display.

HTC One, the latest flagship smartphone from the company, has sold 5 million units since its arrival on shelves in late March, but its performance was greatly impacted by issues with component supplies. Rival Galaxy S 4 smartphone sold 10 million units in less than a month.
