HTC Radar 4G has finally made its debut at Videotron. This is probably the last Canadian carrier to launch the Windows Phone device. The smartphone is already available through SaskTel and WIND Mobile.

Customers who want to purchase the smartphone through Videotron must come up with $399.95 upfront or $99.95 if they are willing to sign up for a monthly service fee of $40 or more.

HTC Radar 4G is powered by Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system and packs a 1 GHz processor, an Adreno 205 GPU, 8GB of internal memory and 512MB of RAM.

Other highlights of the smartphone include: 5-megapixel rear photo snapper with autofocus and LED flash, VGA front-facing camera for video calls, Wi-Fi and HSDPA support, as well as built-in GPS with A-GPS support and 3.8-inch Super LCD capacitive touchscreen display.
