The official update addresses Sense’s camera quality issues

Although HTC One has been delayed for late March, some people managed to secure one. The reason behind the delay is the fact that HTC has problems in finding enough components for its 4-UltraPixel rear photo snapper.

Aside from that, those who already reviewed the device noticed that the main camera is not as good as HTC claims.

However, the problem does not seem be hardware-related, which will make it easier for the handset maker to patch it.

In fact, they already did as Phandroid reports a small software update is now rolling out to HTC One devices that are now available on the market.

The update addresses Sense’s camera quality issues and greatly improves the pictures taken with the 4-UltraPixel rear photo snapper.

As seen in the samples above, thanks to this update the pictures have much less noise and they’re crispier and sharper.
