The latest update brings improved controls for Xperia PLAY and more

Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto III game for Android devices has just received a consistent update that brings major changes to the popular title.

First of all, Android users are now be able to install the game to their SD card. Secondly, the game has been integrated with Immersion Haptic Vibration Feedback and full support for GameStop Wireless Game Controller.

The update also adds improved controls for supported gamepads and Xperia PLAY, as well as support for Medion Lifetab and Asus EE Pad Transformer Prime.

Furthermore, Grand Theft Auto III for Android has been given new video display settings in order to improve the visual experience. Last but not least, several bug fixes and tweaks have been included in the update as well.

Grand Theft Auto III 1.3 is now available for download for $1 / €1 via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with most devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
