Unveiled back in June, Google+ for Android devices has just received an update that fixes a critical bug and adds few tweaks.

The minor update fixes a bug that prevented installation on some devices and adds new translations for the application.

Those who already installed the previous version of Google+ will also notice that the messenger notification reliability has been improved.

With Google+ 1.0.8, Hangouts users will be able to disable the speakerphone when headset is plugged in.

More tweaks that have not been mentioned have also been introduced, along with numerous crash fixes.

Google+ 1.0.8 is now available as a free download from Softpedia and is fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up.
