Verizon and Sprint customers owning the Galaxy Nexus will be pleased to know that Google has finally released the latest factory images for their devices.

As Droid-Life points out, Google published the Android 4.2.2 (JDQ39) factory images for Verizon Galaxy Nexus, as well as the Android 4.2.1 factory images for Sprint Galaxy Nexus.

Those who currently own any of the two smartphones will now be able to flash these images and revert them to a stock state. Check out both factory images here.

Keep in mind that “these files are for use only on your personal Nexus devices and may not be disassembled, decompiled, reverse engineered, modified or redistributed by you or used in any way except as specifically set forth in the license terms that came with your device.”
