An updated flavor of the Google Play Games is now available for download for the owners of Android-based devices out there, namely version 2.0.11.

The new application iteration arrives on devices with a nice range of enhancements inside, including Level-up notification controls, as well as XP rankings. Moreover, the updated app release features a series of changes to the user interface, a recent post on Android Police explains.

The aforementioned Level-up notification controls, which have been confirmed not long ago, are now live in Google Play Games, along with a new card in Google Now to provide users with a glimpse at their XP level.

The updated application also comes with a refreshed inbox, which includes separate tabs for invitations, quests, and gifts (only invitations were available in Inbox before).

However, it seems that these are only some of the UI changes that the updated application comes with, as the "Shop" destination is no longer present in the hamburger menu. Instead, users will see a tile on the "Explore" view that will get them to the Play store.

Moreover, the new flavor of Google Play Games comes with a unified "Help & Feedback" button, and with a modified "My Games" screen, which now features re-ordered tabs. The "Players" interface now shows other players' levels, while displaying full-width cards following the update.

The updated app iteration should already be available in the Google Play Store. However, users will also be able to find the APK available for manual download online.
