One of the new features that Google has been recently rumored to plan on launching on Android was Google Babel, also known as Babble, supposedly a new messenger application that is now expected to arrive in the next flavor of the mobile OS, namely Key Lime Pie.

According to android4fans, Google appears set to announce both of them next month at its Google I/O conference, although no official confirmation on the matter has been provided as of now.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Babel is rumored to arrive on devices with an interface similar to that of Google+, though with some new features and capabilities packed inside.

As for Key Lime Pie, it still remains to be seen what Google has in store for its users, and when it might actually start arriving on devices.
