South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics has started to deliver a new software update for the owners of the Exynos 5 Octa-powered Galaxy S4 smartphones in India, shortly after pushing the firmware to the Snapdragon flavor of the device.

The new firmware release arrives on devices as version I9500XXUBMEA, and can be grabbed both over-the-air and via the Samsung Kies desktop application.

According to SammyHub, the update appears to bring along the same features and enhancements that were delivered to the Snapdragon version of the Galaxy S4.

Among these, we can count the possibility to move applications to the SD card in order to clear up some internal memory, a series of improvements to the phone’s camera that should resolve random reboot issues that users have experienced, as well as various other performance enhancements.
