It looks like Canadian carrier Mobilicity decided to go live with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus earlier than expected. Initially slated for a February 6 release, the ICS-based smartphone is now available for purchase at select Mobilicity stores across the country.

Although the smartphone can be purchased for $599.99 (460 EUR) off-contract, the carrier also throws in a free Samsung HM1100 Bluetooth headset worth of $39.99 (30 EUR), while supplies last.

In other news, Mobilicity also announced its upcoming Mobile Kiss Cam contest, featuring the Galaxy Nexus for Valentine’s Day. The contest will be held on the carrier’s Facebook page starting February 6 through February 17.

Couples will be invited to submit a short movie of their best kiss for a chance to win a Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Mini, as well as six months of Mobilicity’s unlimited talk, text and data service for both.
