Fujitsu announced the ARROWS μ F-07D last year, in November, and mentioned vaguely that the smartphone would be available during 2012 at NTT Docomo.

Touted the slimmest Android phone available in the market at that time, Fujitsu ARROWS μ F-07D is only 6.7mm thin, only 0.3mm thicker than the recently announced Huawei Ascend P1 S.

The folks over at TechCrunch have learned that the Fujitsu ARROWS μ F-07D is expected to hit shelves this Friday, January 20. NTT Docomo will sell the smartphone for a price that will be disclosed in due time.

Some of the highlights of the waterproof Android-powered phone include: 1.4 GHz single core processor, 512MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM, NFC and DLNA support, IrDA and Wi-Fi connectivity, microSD card slot, as well as e-wallet and digital TV tuner.
