Foursquare, the application that lets users explore the world around them with a single click of a touchscreen, has just been updated with more features that are meant to make users’ life even easier while on the go.

 

With the latest version of Foursquare for Android devices, users can choose their favorite restaurant by simply checking the menu listings.

 

Foursquare, the company behind the popular application teamed up with SinglePlatform startup to offer users the possibility to view a menu of services and good for all restaurants, pool halls, gyms and other facilities that offer a price listing.

 

According to Foursquare, the online service SinglePlatform gives users access to over 13 million menu items from almost 250,000 restaurants in major U.S. cities.

 

In addition, the latest update provides a workaround for a GPS bug that seems to affect some devices. The layout for pre-check-in screen has been updated as well.
