Flipboard has just released a new version of its Windows Phone application. The new app comes with an improved UX and lots of new features and enhancements.

First of all, thanks to the new update, users will now navigate their Flipboard quickly with the new Home, Following, Search, Notifications, and Profile Tabs.

But that's not all, as Flipboard users can now browse updates from everything they follow in their Home tab. Also, they will now be able to follow people to see what they're flipping into magazines in their Home feed.

Furthermore, the update also brings a new feature that allows you to see a list of what you follow in your Following tab and dive into individual sources or topics easily.

In addition, Flipboard users can now find specific topics or people to follow in the Search tab. There's also a new option that will help the Flipboard community know more about you by letting you upload a pic and enter a short bio in the Profile tab.

Last but not least, the official changelog of the update also mentions that it includes more bug fixes and performance improvements.

If you don't have the application yet, you can now download Flipboard for Windows Phone 3.0 for free via Windows Phone Store. It should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 8.1.
