Good news for Windows Phone users that like to edit their pictures directly on the phone, as Fhotoroom has just picked up an important update that brings some new features and improvements.

One of the most popular photo editing apps for Windows Phone devices, Fhotoroom offers quite a lot of free features, but there are also some paid collections of presets, filters and frames that users can purchase.

The latest update brings some new improvements such as completely rewritten TiltShift filter, which supports Mask Brush, +2x Faster, sub-pixel sampling and updated UI.

Also, developers confirmed that the update adds a completely rewritten Text Layer filter featuring a new UI / UX, text alignment, frame resizing and smoother results.

Last but not least, Fhotoroom has been updated with 4 new fonts that are now available to use to Windows Phone fans.

You can now download Fhotoroom for Windows Phone for free via Windows Phone Store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 7.5 and up.

As mentioned earlier, while most of the features are available for free, there are some that must be purchased. Keep in mind that any purchase will completely remove ads from within the app.
