Facebook updated the Messenger application on Android and iOS last week, but Windows Phone users have been skipped from the initial rollout.

Anyway, as the saying goes, better late than never. The newest version of Messenger for Windows Phone brings a couple of more conversation improvements, which are already available on Android and iOS platforms.

According to developers, Messenger users will now be able to view details and adjust settings for any conversation. The latest update should allow users to see who's in the conversation and tap to view their Facebook profile.

In addition, Messenger users will be able to manage notification settings, add people to the conversation and adjust the name of photo of a group.

Last but not least, the official changelog mentions that thanks to the new update, stickers should now load faster and more reliably.

These are all the changes included in this update, but we expect other improvements to be delivered in future versions, so stay tuned for more on this one.

If you don't have the application yet, you can now download Messenger for Windows Phone for free via Windows Phone Store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.
