Indian OEM Micromax is on fire, as the company launched no less than three Android smartphones this week and it’s about to launch another one in the coming days.

Dubbed Micromax AE90, the smartphone has been recently spotted by GadgetsToUse at Zauba and is likely to go on sale within the next few days.

The only aspects about the phone’s specs that have been revealed in the import documents are the 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display, as well as the microSD card slot.

Hopefully, the smartphone will ship with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box, though the information has yet to be confirmed by Micromax.

Aside from that, we don’t know anything about Micromax AE90’s hardware specification, but we suspect this would be another mid-range smartphone priced under Rs 7,000 ($120 / €85) outright meant to compete with Motorola Moto E.

No less than 5,000 units have already arrived in India according to the same documents, so we can safely assume Micromax AE90 will go on sale very soon.

It’s also worth mentioning that the smartphone will offer dual-SIM (GSM / CDMA) capability with dual standby support. We will keep an eye out for any additional details on the matter, so stay tuned for more details on Micromax AE90’s launch in India.
